I grew up in Malvern, raised by hardworking parents who always did their best to provide for our family and teach me the importance of honesty and respect. Despite having a strong foundation at home, I made choices that led me down the wrong path. I became involved in the street life, and those decisions eventually brought me into contact with the police and the criminal justice system.
The consequences of my actions affected more than just me. Watching the disappointment and hurt on my parents' faces was one of the hardest parts of the experience. I realized that my choices were causing pain to the people who had always wanted the best for my future. That realization became a turning point in my life.
During the court process, I met my current partner, who brought stability, encouragement, and positivity into my life. She believed in my potential even when I struggled to believe in myself. She challenged me to pursue opportunities that I assumed were no longer possible because of my criminal record and encouraged me to keep moving forward instead of letting my past define me. I decided to leave street life behind and build a future I could be proud of. Once my case concluded, I earned my high school diploma and began an apprenticeship in auto body repair, successfully completing all three levels. Reaching those milestones showed me that hard work, determination, and the support of others can open doors that once seemed closed.
Today, I am a proud father of two amazing children. They are my greatest motivation and the reason I strive to be a better man every day. I enjoy travelling with my family, creating positive memories, and living a life built on responsibility, growth, and purpose. My experiences have taught me that while we cannot change our past, we can choose the direction of our future. I hope to continue setting a positive example for my children and ensuring they have every opportunity to become even better versions of themselves than I am.
