For me, being Black is about embracing the culture. It’s knowing that all shades of Black are beautiful. From the kinks and curls so the bubbly swirls. We embrace the melanin.
Being Black means excellence.
It means potential.
Being Black means you are flavourful with personality.
Unique in every way.
Being Black means strength in numbers.
Creativity from the soul.
I love my Blackness and everything that comes with it. I am grateful to know and experience a Black lifestyle. Being Black means knowing your worth.
