I am a 39 year old Toronto born, Scarborough raised father of three. As a soft spoken and shy teen with hopes of being more social, I began to struggle with substance abuse leading to detention centres. I managed to get clean in 2005. However, suffering the violent loss of my father in 2013, I relapsed. Entering a rehab facility in 2017 and leaving with sobriety and passion to assist others, I now works as a part time cook and health/wellness consultant
